We create dynamic and productive events that explore collaborative and accelerated team working. Drawing on the models of Belben and Myers Briggs, we spend time understanding the dynamics of different personality types. Applying the skills of our actor facilitators we work at many levels in order to get the best out of each individual and maximize their value in a team.
In a safe yet inspiring environment we encourage participants to focus on their attitudes and behaviours and support them as they work towards improvement and personal development.
