Roleplay

 Our people are all highly trained actors and facilitators. They are handpicked for their experience and expertise in delivering the role-play and in giving empowering and constructive feedback.

Our clients are unanimous as to the impact professional actors will make to the training process rather than drawing from within the company delegates. The experience has a far greater depth and allows the delegates to become completely committed to what becomes a very ‘real’ situation.

We respond immediately to the needs of the situation. With minimal briefing we are able to adopt the behaviours and attitudes, in character that the delegate choose in order to provide the necessary challenge for a productive and stimulating intervention to occur.

As well as responding ‘in the moment’ we also design scenarios and offer advice as to how role-play adds value to the training process as a whole.
