ActorFactor Associates are all independent consultants that work for our company on a freelance basis. We expect all Associates to possess:

• First class roleplay skills with minimum 2 years proven professional experience in the application of extended improvisation.
• Proven communication skills, particularly in structuring and delivering feedback.
• Relevant non-theatre skills and experience – for example a business degree, teaching qualification, clinical skills, coaching, psychology qualification, HR background, counselling qualification.
• Proven facilitation skills – for example in delivery of training, assessment centres, forum theatre.
• It goes without saying that we expect all Associates to have first class interpersonal skills and the personal flexibility to work in a range of environments with participants who have differing needs.

We appreciate that our list of expectations is extremely rigorous and demanding but we only work with carefully selected Associates of the highest calibre.
