How We Work

 Consultation

Our initial consultation with you is rewarding and creative in itself. We look to work in partnership to discover the uppermost issues that need addressing, clarify outcomes that are meaningful and create solutions that will be owned by you and others to make them happen.

All our consultants have experience in analysing development requirements within the context of human resource constraints and we apply a flexible approach to meet your organisational needs and circumstances.

Unique

The content of our courses are totally unique to each client and all our workshops have plenty of flexibility and variety and are a lot of fun!

Programme Design

Having spent time with you we will then design a programme that reflects your needs. We select the most pertinent experiences for the training so that it then relates directly to real workplace situations. The structure we create may involve tailor made scripts and it will almost certainly include activities and interventions that allow people to participate and learn by doing. This experiential learning will always be backed up by reflective practice. Stimulating working methods include case studies, stories, discovery, planning, goal-setting and reviewing.

Delivery

Delivery may happen in any style. We work as comfortably in a one to one situation, small group work, large group or conferences of up to 1000 people. Our approach allows for any intervention to happen confidently with any amount of people.

Review & Evaluation

All courses will be followed up by a post review and evaluation.

Our training has a high challenge - low risk impact with an embedded future – focused strategy that transfers immediate learning from training to the job.
