Assessment Centres
Assessment centres are a powerful way to thoroughly assess the suitability of a candidate for a particular role or development path. They typically comprise multiple elements designed to fully investigate the level of skill an individual may possess when measured against a competency framework.
A key element of assessment is testing the candidate in a realistic environment – particularly when evaluating their behaviours and phycometric profile. An example of this would be to place the candidate in a typical work situation and record how they respond to various challenges and issues.
ActorFactor offers highly skilled actor facilitators for roleplay assessment that provide a very believable and realistic setting and dynamic interaction. Consistency is essential but with the flexibility to cope with an array of responses. Our actors have the ability to sustain the same level of performance for each candidate whilst at the same time responding appropriately to the dynamics that each individual candidate will create.
Where necessary our actors are highly skilled in giving constructive feedback and also in consistent scoring as part of the assessment centre report.
