We believe in ‘working in the moment’ – a method that allows maximum dynamic flexibility. This means we respond naturally and spontaneously to any subjects or issues raised by participants and enables a broad, open and honest approach.
We only use actors and facilitators experienced in both roleplay and training and work hard to match our teams’ sphere of experience to our client’s sector. This allows greater depth to our work and underpins the ‘real’ feel for participants. For those working with us this authenticity removes barriers and maximises the learning and enjoyment.
We use the best proven methods for learning. This affects everything we do. For example, in giving feedback to participants we use a standard framework for structure and focus so although the information given is unique it is delivered in a way that is consistent and known to be most effective.
Preparation really does pay off and our teams spend a significant amount of time gathering and understanding information that gives insight into the client organisation and drivers for the work. By this depth of understanding we can respond immediately and appropriately in the way most useful for the client.
